COLIBRIX ONE Partners with Vivox AI to Accelerate Merchant Onboarding via Explainable AI
COLIBRIX ONE has chosen Vivox AI for a multi-year partnership to streamline merchant know-your-business (KYB) checks. Deployment will start in the UK and EU.
The agents will check business documents, establish ownership relationships and screen for sanctions and adverse media. Each finding will link back to supporting evidence, while COLIBRIX ONE’s compliance analysts will retain responsibility for reviewing and approving every case.
Traceable due diligence
Vivox AI covers corporate information from over 155 countries. Its agents identify beneficial owners, directors and shareholders, assembling due diligence reports for human review.
Vivox AI reports that an earlier implementation at TransferMate cut checks from roughly an hour to less than 15 minutes and reduced screening alerts by 86%. Those figures describe TransferMate’s experience; they are not measured results from the new COLIBRIX ONE rollout.
Next steps
The partners plan to expand into ongoing monitoring and further entities in 2027. The collaboration adds KYB automation to COLIBRIX ONE’s infrastructure for acquiring, recurring payments, multi-currency accounts and international payouts.
