3DS Resolution
Agents navigate complex checkout drops, identifying and resolving Secure Customer Authentication (3DS) issues to secure transactions.
Participants worldwide build AI agents to navigate a simulated "digital company" using business software and tools. You would give the AI agents access to a simulated version of a store (like a mock Shopify or Amazon account). They would need access to three main "drawers" of information:
A database of products, sizes, and stock levels.
Shopping history and preferences (e.g., "This person likes blue" or "This person is allergic to wool").
Rules for returns, shipping costs, and discount codes.
Participants would build agents to solve tasks that get harder as they go:
